Mercedes Peguero is the President of High Class Business Services founded on 2006.  Mrs Peguero has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University O & M, immigrated to the USA on 1992 always with the first purpose to consolidate her profession,  take training programs in income tax, Mrs Peguero kept preparing academically and specialized in Business and Personal Income tax, Insurance, Travel Agent and Notary Public.
